- A $50 credit that funds agent usage at the Pro rate. It resets each billing period. If you run past it, overage bills from your balance at the same discounted rate.
- Can I switch between Free and Pro whenever?
- Yes. Cancel anytime — your subscription stays active through the end of your billing period, then you drop back to Free. Resubscribe anytime with a click.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Sign up with Google or email, build agents, and add funds only when you’re ready to run them.
- How do you count tokens across providers?
- Every model (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.) bills at its provider’s per-token rate, then we apply your tier’s markup. No per-seat, per-agent, or per-integration fees.
- Is there a free trial for Pro?
- No time-limited trial — Free is the trial. Once you’re using Agency regularly, Pro pays for itself in the rate difference alone.
